الطريقة ١: من جوه التطبيق (فوري)

سجل دخول ← الإعدادات ← تبويب "الحساب" ← "حذف مساحة العمل" (لصاحب مساحة العمل) أو "حذف حسابي" (لأعضاء الفريق). هتأكد بكلمة السر، والحذف بيتم فوراً.

حذف مساحة العمل بيمسح: كل المستخدمين والبراندات وصوت البراند والبوستات والجدولة والرسائل والردود والصور المولدة واللوجوهات، ورموز دخول فيسبوك/إنستجرام المرتبطة.

الطريقة ٢: من فيسبوك

افتح إعدادات فيسبوك ← الأمان وتسجيل الدخول ← "تكاملات الأعمال" (Business Integrations) أو "التطبيقات والمواقع"، اختار بوستاتي واضغط "إزالة". ده بيلغي صلاحيتنا فوراً ونوقف استخدام رموز الدخول.

لو اخترت كمان "حذف" أو طلبت حذف البيانات من فيسبوك، فيسبوك بيبعتلنا الطلب تلقائياً، وبنمسح فوراً رموز الدخول وبيانات الصفحات والحسابات المرتبطة والتعليقات اللي جبناها من فيسبوك/إنستجرام، وبنديك رابط ورقم تأكيد تتابع بيه حالة الطلب على الصفحة دي.

الطريقة ٣: بالإيميل

ابعت طلب حذف من نفس الإيميل المسجل على support@postaty.app بعنوان "طلب حذف بيانات". هنأكد هويتك وننفذ الطلب خلال ٧ أيام عمل ونبعتلك تأكيد.

بعد الحذف

البيانات بتتمسح من قاعدة البيانات والتخزين فوراً، ومن النسخ الاحتياطية خلال ٣٠ يوم بحد أقصى. ممكن نحتفظ بسجلات محدودة لو القانون بيلزمنا (زي الفواتير).

Option 1: inside the app (immediate)

Log in → Settings → "Account" tab → "Delete workspace" (workspace owner) or "Delete my account" (team members). Confirm with your password; deletion happens immediately.

Deleting a workspace removes: all users, brands and brand voice, posts and schedules, inbox items and replies, generated images and logos, and any linked Facebook/Instagram access tokens.

Option 2: from Facebook

Open Facebook Settings → Security and Login → "Business Integrations" (or "Apps and Websites"), select Postaty and click "Remove". This revokes our access immediately and we stop using the access tokens.

If you also choose to delete, or request data deletion from Facebook, Facebook notifies us automatically: we immediately delete the access tokens, connected Page/account data and the comments we imported from Facebook/Instagram, and give you a link and confirmation code to check the request status on this page.

Option 3: by email

Email a deletion request from your registered address to support@postaty.app with the subject "Data deletion request". We will verify your identity, complete the request within 7 business days and confirm by email.

After deletion

Data is removed from the database and storage immediately and from backups within 30 days at most. We may retain limited records where required by law (e.g. invoices).
