علشان نساعدك أسرع: ابعت من نفس الإيميل المسجل في حسابك، واكتب اسم البراند أو الصفحة وصورة شاشة للمشكلة لو ممكن.
أسئلة شائعة
إزاي أربط صفحة فيسبوك أو حساب إنستجرام؟
من موقع بوستاتي: الإعدادات ← صوت البراند ← "اربط فيسبوك وإنستجرام"، سجل دخول بفيسبوك واختار الصفحة اللي عايز تربطها. حساب إنستجرام لازم يكون حساب أعمال (Business/Creator) ومربوط بصفحة الفيسبوك دي علشان يظهر. كل براند بيتربط بصفحة واحدة وحساب إنستجرام واحد.
إزاي أمسح حسابي أو بياناتي؟
سجل دخول ← الإعدادات ← "الحساب" ← "حذف مساحة العمل" (لصاحب مساحة العمل) أو "حذف حسابي" (لأعضاء الفريق)، والحذف بيتم فوراً بعد تأكيد كلمة السر. كل الطرق التانية (من فيسبوك أو بالإيميل) موجودة في صفحة تعليمات حذف البيانات. تعليمات حذف البيانات
الاشتراك بيتدار منين؟
الاشتراك وتغيير الباقة بيتعملوا من حسابك على موقع بوستاتي (postaty.app) من الإعدادات. التطبيق بيعرض اسم باقتك وحالتها والاستهلاك بس.
نسيت كلمة السر، أعمل إيه؟
في صفحة تسجيل الدخول اضغط "نسيت كلمة السر؟" واكتب إيميلك، وهيوصلك لينك تعمل بيه كلمة سر جديدة.

Frequently asked questions
How do I connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account?
On the Postaty website: Settings → Brand voice → "Connect Facebook & Instagram", log in with Facebook and choose the Page to connect. The Instagram account must be a Business/Creator account linked to that Facebook Page to appear. Each brand connects one Page and one Instagram account.
How do I delete my account or data?
Log in → Settings → "Account" → "Delete workspace" (workspace owner) or "Delete my account" (team members); deletion is immediate after confirming your password. All other options (from Facebook or by email) are on the Data Deletion Instructions page. Data Deletion Instructions
Where is my subscription managed?
Your subscription and plan changes are handled from your account on the Postaty website (postaty.app), under Settings. The app only shows your plan name, status and usage.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
On the login page tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email; you will receive a link to set a new password.
