By using Postaty, a product owned and operated by Egypt Online for software, services and E-commerce, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account and your team’s accounts. Registration details must be accurate.
The workspace owner controls members, roles, subscription and workspace deletion.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for spam, content that breaks Egyptian law, violates Meta’s Platform Terms and Community Standards, or infringes others’ intellectual property.
You are responsible for content you publish, including AI-generated content — always review it before publishing.
Third-party platforms
Your use of Facebook and Instagram through us is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for their outages or changes.
Content and ownership
Your content remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service.
Plans and payment
Current plan prices and features are shown in the app (Settings → Billing) before you pay, in Egyptian pounds. Plans are monthly or yearly; payment is made through the Fawaterak payment gateway or by InstaPay / mobile-wallet transfer.
Subscriptions do not renew automatically: we send you a reminder before the period ends and you renew manually; if you do not renew, paid features stop after a short grace period until you renew. For refund requests contact support@postaty.app; we handle them in accordance with Egyptian consumer protection law.
Termination
You can delete your account or workspace at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt; competent courts: the courts of Cairo.
